一、"Seven-day return" Within seven days from the date of sale, the user in the normal use of the product, if the product quality problems, the user can choose to return, exchange or repair. When the user requests to return the product, the seller shall be responsible for returning the product for the user, and refund the payment according to the sales price at that time.

二、"Eight to fifteen days" after the sale of the eighth to fifteenth day, the user in the normal use of the product, if there is a problem with product quality, the user can choose to replace or repair. When the user requests a replacement, the seller shall be responsible for replacing the products of the same model and specifications for the user; When the production of products with the same model and specifications is stopped, the same brand products with the performance of the original products should be replaced.

三、"Three years repair" from the date of sale within three years, the user in the normal use of the product, if there is a quality problem, and belongs to the normal scope of repair products, to provide a three-year warranty service.

四、If the following factors are judged by the company, the three guarantees are not implemented.

• Past the expiration date of three packages.
• Products whose "Fragile Warranty" stickers are incomplete and torn.
• Failure to use, maintain and keep the product according to the requirements of the instructions for use, resulting in damage.
• Without the authorization of the personnel to dismantle, modify, repair or attempt to repair the product, the performance is: iron plate loss and distortion, cooling fan or heat sink is removed, PCB board with residual solder.

• There is no valid certificate of three packages or the certificate of three packages is altered without authorization.

• The product model and number on the certificate of three guarantees are inconsistent with the actual product.

• Due to accidents, wrong use or any way, irresistible natural factors, caused damage to the product, performance is: product surface scratch, gold finger burned, electronic components lost, PCB deformation, collision scars.

• Products damaged due to improper transportation, use and storage of users, such as: moisture corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.

• Due to the user's own installation of software and improper Settings caused by the use of problems and failures.

• The graphics card is used for special test/use purposes, resulting in product failure. (such as: has been used for mining overclocking, resulting in graphics card core, video memory failure, radiator failure, etc.) Warranty for 3 months, from the date of shipment within 3 months, only repair not replace not return.
